Member of the PLA and president of the league of the writers. In the June 1991 during the jobs of the X° Congresso of the PLA, in the kept session of June 10 to doors dams, attached the figure of Enver Hoxha for the cult of the personality, to have caused the isolation of Albania in the routine of the foreign politics from the rest of the world, the iron dictatorship and the incitement to the struggle of class, the negation of the liberty and the rights of the man… To his discourse there were still vivacious irritations and protests from that few present delegates to the congress, that enacted the end of the PLA.

In 1984 the book of memories of Enver Hoxha was published. "When the bases of new Albania were thrown." These the comments of Ismail Kadaré: " This book evokes us the memoirs and the history of the great work that he has thrown the bases of the popular power in Albania, at the same time it is for us a teaching and a message from the founder and executive of this work. For this, really because the work and the foundations are been described by the same founder, it is for us of great importance and there is particularly dear." Addressing to Enver Hoxha, in 1985, in occasion of the death of the Albanian executive, acknowledged by now as one of the most eminent Marxist-Leninists of the whole world, Kadaré wrote: "As inventor and architect of new Albania, Enver Hoxha is also such at the same time as it regards our sciences, our arts and our literature. His vast mind of ideologist, of philosopher and erudite indistinguishable, he has been one of the principal factors who has established the dimensions of the foundations of the arts of the young Albanian literature, dimensions from which conditioned would have been then the build and the height of the building... He was the great friend of the writers and the artists with which he had in common a lot of things... That writers and artists that have had the fortune to know him and to converse with him, preserves unforgettable in the memory the emotional power, the depth, the character polyhedric, the intimate heat and at the same time the monumentality of his word." Kadaré leaves Albania in 1990, asking political asylum to France. In all these years in a lot of occasions it releases interviews in which it attaches Enver Hoxha in nauseating way.

Enver Hoxha’s successor since 1982

After 40 years of life Enver Hoxha’s beside, he has became her successor since 1982.
During the war, before unting himself to the partisan of the Front of National Liberation, he had belonged to the movement juvenile Albanian fascist for at last 2 years, the Balli Kombentar.
In September of 1990, Ramiz Alia, during the 45° General Meeting of the ONU, he meets the minister of Foreign Affaris of the Urss, Edward Shevarnadze, the President of Romania, Jon Iliescu, the Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cian Ci Cen, and above all Sulsberger, “An old CIA’s agent” as he had to tell Enver Hoxha in his memories.
After his reentry in Albania, he didn’t talk to none of the had meetings, neither to the Political Office, neither to the Party.
Not even a word of his visit done in the United States.
From this moment begin in Albania a series of events “spectacular” with initiatives to “domino”, as the assault in the embassies, the students’ demonstration in december, the strikes of the labour unions, the demolition of Enver Hoxha’s statue in Skendenberg plaza.

Reentered to Girokastra, his country of birth, in the last years of life, in an interview to a journalist, he affermed: « The only way of salvation for Albania is the Social democracy ».

He doesn’t oppose him to the general amnesty proposed by Ramiz Alia.
He shares in full the political and ideological line of Alia.
The scarceratis, after few months they were educated and used for creating disorders in the whole Albania.
February 20 th 1991, these ex imprisoned freed, performing precise orders, they demolish the statue of Enver Hoxha to Tirana in Skanderberg plaza.
He hauls police they were given precise orders not to intervene and to assist as spectators to the demolition.
MEMENTO

With these short historical mentions, we don’t want to write the recent Albanian history, that will be done in due time: the inland dynamics and developments for the succession to Enver Hoxha, the method used to pull down the Socialism in Albania are reasons of reflection for the marxists-leninists. But that, demonstrates, that the inside enemy, the Troyan Horse is the most dangerous one that hides behind glorious masks of smiles and embraces.

But, as Enver Hoxha asserted in closing the book “Eurocommunism is Anti-Communism”:

The situation is not easy, but let us recall the optimistic words of Stalin, that «there is no fortress which the communists cannot take». This revolutionary optimism stems from the objective laws of the development of society. Capitalism is an order condemned by history to liquidation. Nothing, neither the frenzied resistance of the bourgeoisie nor the treachery of modern revisionists can save it from its inevitable doom. The future belongs to socialism and communism.
